There are so many positive aspects to playing a sport in high school.  Sports can make navigating through high school a little less awful and a little more manageable.  It provides mental and physical strength, while instilling a strong sense of teamwork.  Furthermore, it allows for close relationships with others who may be different but have the same common goal in mind.  It also encourages a sense of self-worth and raises one's self-esteem.

NHPS Coaches
​
All NHPS Coaches are CPR and First Aid Certified, with concussion training as well.All NHPS Coaches are certified by the State of Connecticut through the department of education.  All coaches can be reached by email that can be located on the Sports Offerings page of this website.
